*This coat is brand new with tags, never worn, the only defect is to the nylon on the outside of the right front pocket.  It has a slice in the nylon from the protective shipping bag being opened with a sharp object.  This goes through the nylon only, anything underneath is totally unaffected and the defect is barely even noticeable.
