The pattern is in good condition with slight creasing, one minor tear on the front page where possibly a sticky label has been clumsily removed and some writing on the inner pages, adjusting the ball sizes which I suspect was done at the printers or shop. The pattern is readable and the markings do not affect the viewing of the instructions.
Size of physical pattern - 25 x 18.5 cm (9 7/8 x 7 1/4 inch).

The pattern has been stored in a plastic sleeve, and will be posted in a board-backed envelope to keep it in the best possible condition.
