We ship to your PayPal address. Please contact us if you need goods to be shipped to different address.

Your item will be packed with sufficient packing materials to avoid damage in transit. We check all items before we ship them out. However, once you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us.

If the package is lost during transportation, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may send it back for refund or exchange. Please contact us via email within 7 days after delivery. The item must be returned in original condition, without being used. Return shipping costs will be at your expenses.

Please contact us before returning items back. Returning items without our consent will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Returning items must be registered with tracking information.

In case of receiving wrong item or item with manufacture’s defect please contact us immediately and we'll exchange for you free.

If item is received damaged, we do ask customer to provide us a picture through email to show the damage so that we can expedite the return.
