1916 Original Porcelain Connecticut Passenger Car License Plate "17286"

 I bought this plate from a local older gentleman who had it hanging on his garage wall.  He pulled it off a dead Model T in a Northeast CT barn around 1960.  

The plate features white lettering on a black background.  It is on really thick steel.  It has bends in it, and there is a rust hole shown in photo 9.   Many photos show the condition.
