Freight only.  International rules apply for items shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

We also ship internationally. Shipping within the Continental USA will be $85.00, we will refund a difference if there is any, and we never ask for more. International inquiries must include you name and full shipping address along with your phone number.

International Bidders: We must have your telephone number to ship your item.

Please note our Ebay business operates basically Monday through Friday. If your auction ends late Friday afternoon, you may not hear from us until Monday.

Payment Options:  We accept most standard forms of payment including PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. To pay with your credit card, please call us at 800-321-2834 Monday thru Friday, between 8am and 5pm. If you have any questions regarding our payment options, feel free to contact us.

Return Policy: Once you receive your item, please inspect it carefully. If you find that a conditional aspect of an item is contrary to our description, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will make every effort to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. If we cannot make you happy, we will accept a return and refund your purchase price.  

Fraud Prevention:  If you are paying with PayPal, we will only ship to your confirmed/verified PayPal shipping address. If you are paying with a credit card, we will only ship to the billing or shipping address on file with your credit card company.

Items Shipped to a New York State Address or Picked Up In Our Store:

We are required to charge New York State Sales Tax on all items shipped to a New York State address. If you choose to pick up your item, in our store, we are required to charge NYS sales tax also. This tax amount is calculated on the total purchase price of your item, plus shipping charges.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance and Declared Value: We will make every effort to ship your item within 48 hours of receiving your payment (excluding weekends and holidays). All of our items are shipped 'Signature Required' when the option is available. Items are insured for the final purchase price, no exceptions. Please do not ask us to under-declare the value of your item. Once shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking information for your records.

Most domestically shipped items will be shipped UPS Signature-Service. Once shipped, our inventory system will automatically send tracking information to the email address associated with your PayPal account...please note that these emails can sometimes end up in your SPAM folder. If you need further assistance, please call us at 800-321-2834..just ask for the Shipping Department. They will be happy to assist you.

Vintage Items: All items with the term 'Vintage' in the title are sold 'As Is' unless otherwise stated. People often ask why we don't repair these items. Our fee for service is $100 an hour...cost-wise, it is just not worth it for us to diagnose and repair these units...we would be loosing money. So we put them on Ebay for others who may need them for parts...or for people who are inclined to repair them.

We take the utmost care in packing all of our items for shipment but, even slight jarring can effect vacuum tubes and circuits in these vintage units.

International Bidders please take note:  Many international items are shipped via the US Postal Service, using Express Mail or Priority Mail.  In some cases because of size and weight limitations of the Postal Service we may have to use UPS instead.  We charge for shipping the item to your country...All other charges imposed in your country or port..customs fees, taxes, port fees, import fees, document fees, etc are the buyers responsibility. We have no way of knowing in advance what these fees might be for each individual country.

Our Ebay selling policies:  Payment must be received within 7 days of auctions end. Stated shipping charges are for the US Contiguous Lower-48-States only. All other bidders, please contact us for a shipping quote, otherwise shipping will be determined after the end of the auction. We make every attempt to accurately describe an item’s cosmetic and functional condition. We reserve the right to end this auction at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all bids from bidders with excessive negative feedback.

Some items that are sold as New with Warranty, when shipped internationally the warranty may not apply outside of the United States. Please ask before bidding. New-Old-Stock items do not include original manufacturer's warranty, but most are returnable under Ebay's 14-day return policy.
