Shipping

We aim to despatch all orders received on the same day. All large orders are shipped via FedEx or TNT for next day delivery although not guaranteed. Signature required on receipt. All small orders are sent via Royal Mail second class post UK or Airmail outside UK as standard. Upgrades are available please see individual listings. All deliveries are fully insured.

Returns

PaligapOutletStore want you to be confident with your purchase, we understand that purchases are sometimes not what you were expecting , so we accept returns up to 7 days of receipt, please contact us through the Ebay returns procedure. Also refer to Terms and conditions.

Warranty

PaligapOutletStore will cover all products under warranty for a period of 3 months from date of purchase to the original owner, manufacturing defects or defective materials resulting in component failure under normal use.

Limitations to the warranty:

· Repair or replacement of a defective component at PaligapOutletStore's discretion.

· Labour and postage / carriage charges connected to a replacement component are not included.

· Consequential loss or damage from a result of component failure is not included.

· All warranty claims must be returned to PaligapOutletStore for evaluation.

· The warranty does not cover wear and tear of components such as tyres, tubes, wheels, brake/gears cables, brake discs/pads, chain/sprockets, bearings etc and wear and tear of clothing.

· The warranty does not cover failure of component/s due to lack of maintenance.

· This warranty is limited to normal use of the cycle / product, stunt riding bicycle racing, or similar activities are not covered by the warranty. Bending of a component is not covered by this warranty, bending is a sign of misuse / abuse or an excessive force not intended with the original design.

· Proof of purchase will be required

Mail order sales regulations:

·If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept return within 7 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return any items.

All return costs must be covered by the purchaser.

Returns must be in the original packaging and in new undamaged condition.

Ebay sales details must be included, seller ID, Name and address, Item details.

Any returns received that do not meet the requirements, will be assessed and reasonable value deducted from the refund.
