This note is from the first ever print sheet of 1928 $2.00 Red Seals. Here is a wonderful opportunity to own a single digit example from the first $2 Red Seal Small Size print that made its debut in 1929 during The Great Depression. Offered is the 9th note in the first sheet run. Seven 0's followed by the number 9. The most valuable note of this first sheet, Note Serial One, is presently in protective holdings at the Smithsonian Institute with its estimated value being over six figures. PMG has commented on the slight underinking of the seals which is apparent but not distracting.
