RedMonkey Sports ships to all addresses inside the United States and US Territories via UPS or USPS (APO/FPO military addresses can only be shipped via USPS). Shipping International is facilitated through eBay Global Shipping Program only. Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Red Monkey Sports will do it’s best to process and ship Customer orders within the same day of being placed. Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning.
If RedMonkey made a mistake in the listing or shipped the incorrect item and you would like to return the item, we will pay the return shipping charges and give you a full refund. For any other reason, you can return the product for any reason within 14 days, as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased, with packaging. We will refund the amount you paid for the item less shipping.
