Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Most of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays. 

All orders are processed on working weekdays (Monday-Friday)

If you order after 1pm on Friday your order will not be processed and dispatched until Monday. 

The daily cut off time is 2pm UK time.

Which delivery companies do you use?

The delivery company that we use will depend on the size, weight and value of your order and the address to which you are having it delivered. 

The majority of items are sent using Royal Mail, but depending on weight and size of the order a range of couriers are also used.

Royal Mail deliveries

The tracking available for your order will depend on the Royal Mail service being used to deliver your parcel. If you have not received your parcel after 14 working days after dispatch then please contact us to follow up the order with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will not accept the item as lost until 14 working days have passed.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses including addresses in (Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands) and we also accept orders to PO Box, BFPO addresses. 

We also ship most items to worldwide addresses. Please see below for more information regarding delivery times.

International Delivery

Most items are sent via Royal Mail International delivery services which also use the local postal service of the destination country.

Europe (EU) 3-5 working days

Europe (Non EU) 3-7 working days

Rest of the world 1-3 weeks

All local import duties and taxes are the responsibly of the buyer.

Can I upgrade to a faster delivery service?

We offer free UK delivery on most of our items which usually are delivered in 1-3 working days. 

If you need the item quicker than we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm) delivery or 24 hour next day courier (depending on the size and weight of the item) for an small additional fee. 

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. 

To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel please follow the instructions on the card.

Royal Mail hold items for 18 calendar days before returning them to their sender (UK only) - any Redelivery date must be within 18 calendar days of the first delivery attempt.

48 working hours notice is required for a Redelivery (this will be the earliest date selectable online) – if your item is due to be returned prior to this point you will need to collect it from the address shown on the ‘Something for you’ card.

For security reasons, Special Delivery items and international items which require a signature cannot be redelivered to another address.

Not happy with your item?

In the unlikely event you are not totally happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. 

You will receive a full refund when the item has been returned unused at the buyer's cost. All refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All original packaging and contents must be returned in a new and unused condition.

Faulty item?

Unfortunately a very small percentage of items do incur a fault which is out of our control. We try our best to make sure you are totally happy with your purchase and service that we provide to you so we will offer you a free replacement or full refund if your item has developed a fault within 30 days after purchase. 

If the item is faulty then we can offer a replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase unless the item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which then can be sent for repair or replacement under their warranty program. 

Manufacturer's warranty only applies to selected items. Please look at individual listings regarding manufacturer's warranties.

Where do I return the item to?

Once you have contacted us regarding your return we will send you an eBay message to give you details of the return address and return procedures.
