or cancellations are no longer possible after purchase.

If the Customer noticesany defects in the delivered goods he/she has to inform
the company Vlago-Worldcoins in writing or via email, immediately upon
discovery.
The burden of proof here lies with the customer.
If a defect can not be timely notified in writing (within three days of receipt of shipment), the company
Vlago-Worldcoins is not obligated to warranty.
A legitimate and timely
displayed deficiency can be remedied by repair or replacement at the option of
the customer.
The company Vlago-Worldcoins reserves the right to change the type of subsequent
performance chosen by the customer,any refusal of this should be associated
with disproportionate costs.
Should a subsequent performance by the company Vlago-Worldcoins fail then the customer has the right to reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
Claims for damages can be
claimed by the company Vlago-Worldcoins only after failure of performance,
these are limited to the difference between the purchase price and the value of
the defective item.
XI. Final determination
It is only the law of the
Federal Republic of Germany.
Should one of these provisions be invalid, the validity of the other provisions
shall not be affected thereby.
