We accept payment through PayPal ONLY.

Payment must be completed within 7 days of auction closed. After 7 days, we will open an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' and file for a refund of eBay fees.

If you wish to combine postage, please make the payment after you received the combined postage invoice.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

There are NO import duties for European Union delivery address.


 SHIPPING TERMS
We only ship to PayPal confirmed address. The item will be shipped on the same or next working day after the payment is cleared.

Shipment to UK address usually takes around 1-3 working days.
Other countries usually takes around 10-20 working days.

We endeavour to ensure that the products that you order are provided by the estimated delivery date, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither our company nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time frame.
 


 RETURN POLICY
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
※ If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 28 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. 

※ Once you decide to return the product, you must not use them and must handle all products with extreme care while they remain in your possession. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

※ All products must be returned in their original packaging (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). 

※ You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged Items 
 Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. 

※ If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please take pictures of the damaged item and packaging then contact us asap. Please do not throw away any packaging as we will require evidence for the claim.

※ We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items
※ In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. 

※ However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
