If product is defective an exchange can be made within 30 days of delivery. We strongly
recommend you purchasing a warranty for your product, it only costs cents on the
dollar, and it's definitely worth it!
Due to the stock allocation, we do not accept: color change and/or model upgrade.
All of our pictures are from the actual product. You are purchasing what you see
in the description.

4 Ways of Adding Warranty
1. In the auction page that you had bid or used the buy it now, scroll to the bottom
of the page & you will see a "Warranty Available" log (like the one above) simply
click on it.
2. While using our checkout, you will be able to add the warranty.
3. We will also send you a "Thank you" letter which will include the link to add
the warranty (warranty can also be added after you receive your item).

RETURNS
If you experience any problems, first contact 24hrsDeals for technical support.
If a repair or exchange is necessary, you will be e-mailed the service authorization
number along with packing instructions.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return and/ or cancellation
according to our discretion.
Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect
your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box
for repairs, the repaired unit will be returned in the proper packaging and the
customer will be charged additional fees. USPS or UPS will not honor insurance claims
if the product is not properly packaged.
Please Read:
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation other
than defective product to cover eBay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees.
Damages caused by wear and tear(ie: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.),
improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the manufacturer's
warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Prior to returning any product for repair or replacement, Buyer must obtain written
approval from us. We will not be liable for nor accept any non-conforming products
unless it has approved their return in writing. A description of the malfunction
or defect shall be enclosed with the product being returned. When products have
been returned after the expiration of the warranty period for the particular product,
repair or replacement cost will be estimated prior to work commencing, resulting
in a new purchase order.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or
packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned
unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies
may be exchanged for the same title only.
If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit for the buyer
in the same amount paid minus the shipping chargers
