A superior quality solder paste (sometimes called Liquid Solder) used in High End Consumer, Automotive and Medical Electronic PCB assembly.
Whilst the paste is specifically designed for mass PCB production, it is also suitable for
the repair and hand assembly of conventional & surface mount components.
The paste is heated using either forced Hot air or conventional soldering iron to form the solder joints.
30gms of Paste is supplied in handy to use containers

Many consumer products have suffered from soldering issues which can only effectively be resolved by reflowing / reworking the solder contacts and in particular Ball Grid Arrays (BGA) eg. Xbox Red ring, Ps3 yellow light, Ipod etc…

A Lead / Lead-free flux specifically designed for Electronic Applications utilizing high purity electronic grade chemicals to provide a solution suitable for mixed & surface mount technologies, telecommunications, computer and general consumer electronics.
The flux contains synthetic additives (ie. Rosin Free) and explicitly designed to aid in good solder flow improving soldering performance (no bridges or icicles), being active at pre-solder temperatures and will not require any post solder cleaning processing.

Please be aware of sellers supplying inferior products and incorrectly suggesting they are suitable for electronic rework / reflow when they are not.
Also beware of sellers supplying rosin based fluxes as these can cause occupational asthma.
