Testing

Amiga games are all tested and working as of receiving them into stock. The test is just to ensure that the game boots. Due to the nature of floppy discs, we understand that there's more to testing than just whether it boots. With that in mind, if you have any problems with the game whatsoever, you can return the game (return delivery paid by us), for a full refund within 30 days. We can't say fairer than that!

Our Condition Grading System Explained

For each game we sell, we provide a grading for each part of the item. This includes the box, the cartridge/disc, and the manual.  
  
Grade A
The vast majority of our items are used, and as such, one can expect some kind of imperfection. A grade A item will show little to no signs of wear/use. We allow minor imperfections only with a Grade A item, and these are deemed 'Collector Condition'

Grade B
Grade B items are items which are in good condition. Nothing will be missing, but there may be some slight discolouration to the game cartridge itself or light scratching to the disc. Manual may have a little bending, but nothing too severe.   

Grade C
An item which is classified as grade C will show heavy signs of use. This may mean that the cartridge is yellowing, the manual has folded corners and is generally looking well used, and the case will have lots of imperfections. Nothing will be torn/damaged though.

Grade D
An item which is in below average condition. This may mean a torn label on a game cartridge, deeper scratches to a disc, a badly bent cardboard box or a damaged plastic case.


Shipping Policy

All single item game orders are processed the following working day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday orders are shipped out Monday) and sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes tracked (free delivery). If you choose to upgrade your delivery, items will be sent 1st class. Larger items such as consoles have a 2-day handling time. These items are packaged the next working day, but are usually collected by the courier the day after. Heavier items such as consoles (over 2KG) are all sent via HERMES 2 day tracked. 

Returns Policy 

All items are tested and working. If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily refund you within 30 days of purchase. We're very quick to respond to any and all queries.
