There is some important note about shipping. We usualy need 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. We use Economy shipping service by Czech Post. It is a recommended shippment that can be tracked worldwide. Standart delivery is between 5-15 business days. The delivery time depends on country of destination, Europe is usual faster than other parts of the world.
We have noticed that shipments to USA are getting delayed often, please keep in mind that you can wait even more than 20 business days for your shippment. But usual delivery is 5-15 business days.
The shippment is going to be delivered by your national postal service, if you have purchased any of our item and you are awaiting it, first contact please your local post office if there is some package for you.
If you don´t receive your package in 15 working days from the shipping, contact us, please.
Even though the estimated delivery expires, the package still can be delivered to you.
