2.25 CWT lab created alexandrite stones. Alexandrite changes color, depending on the light it is in. It changes if in natural daylight and then placed under artificial light. Yes, this is lab created, but to get lab created alexandrite, it is still very expensive. If this were natural alexandrite, and not lab created, you would be looking at thousands of dollars for .5 carats! It is just amazing how they can create the same color change in the lab. Not something everyone can do. The main stone is faceted in an oval shape and measures about 5mm x 7mm in size. There are three smaller round stones on each side of the center stone and they measure about 2mm in size. Two bands of genuine diamond accent stones border the ring on the front (facing away from you when you wear it) and back side (closet to you when you wear it). An absolutely beautiful and amazing ring. Amaze your friends with it! I bet they do not have one!!

It is stamped 10 KT in the gold ring shank.
