Here is an upgrade opportunity for replacing your sub-standard factory issued exhaust mounting system. Ferrari's poorly designed exhaust support system for the F430 is well known to be the major cause of exhaust mount and manifold cracks - a very expensive consequence if your exhaust support system is still in its original form and has not yet been properly reconfigured. A cost effective do-it-yourself solution for this major problem has not been available.....until now!

This exhaust upgrade kit replaces the standard Ferrari exhaust mounts by converting the mechanically rigid and restrictive originals to an isolated and suspended topology. Such a support configuration eliminates all previously known manifold problems by allowing the exhaust system to thermally expand without constraint or restriction. Furthermore, this new method of support rendered by the rear cross member significantly reduces any vibration which was previously present by virtue of being rigidly attached to the gearbox housing. Needless to say, reduction in vibration can only serve the catalytic converters well!

This kit is designed to be simple to fit and can be performed by any competent home mechanic using some basic garage tools. All the elements of the kit are supplied in stainless steel and high temperature polyurethane for a long service life. The pair of mounting plates supplied are custom formed and finished in 3mm brushed stainless steel for that handsome look in the engine bay!
