Superb & Rare Antique Chinese Tang Sancai Zhadou Spittoon Vase

Description
Up for auction is a superb & rare antique Chinese Tang Sancai zhadou spittoon vase.
This is a fine potted zhadou or spittoon with sancai lead glaze and unglazed base.
It has unusual yellow & green with iron brown spotted glaze.
 A
beautiful vase being offered with no reserve.

Circa.
Tang Dynasty period (618-906), probably first half of 8th century or may be later.

Measure
widest: 4 1/4 inch (10.8 cm)
Height: 4 7/8 inch (12.2 cm)

Condition
  Overall very good. Signs of wear and/or use commensurate with age.
Some lines can be seen running along or near the base.

This is a feature in the glaze and not a crack or hairline.
