Payment
We accept payment via paypal, personal cheque, postal order, bank transfer, cash. Payments by personal check and postal order must clear before item is shipped out.
Shipping
On items that have a postage cost we combine shipping. If multiple items are purchased I will send a combined shipping invoice.
Items are sent by Royal Mail or courier.
We only charge actual postage for international destinations. If the actual postage is less then the postage in our postage costs then we will refund the difference. I can send specific shipping quotes if requested.
In order to cover all eventualities I quote the highest possible shipping in the listing. In almost all cases the actual cost is less and sometimes much less. Contact me for a specific quote.
Terms of Sale
All our items carry a 100% NO QUIBBLE 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and we will always try and resolve all issues. If an item is the wrong item, faulty, defective, not as described or for any other reason that is our responsibility then we will pay for any return postage and refund your full payment including any original postage. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than due to an error on our part all we ask is that you pay the return postage. We can offer advice on the best and cheapest way to return items.
