Delivery time for normal DHD is 7-10 working days from time of dispatch for larger items, smaller items are delivered within 2-3 working days of the order being placed.
Please understand due to the nature of DHD and the expenses involved orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.
Areas not covered by DHD:
Please note we currently do not offer a home delivery service outside the UK Mainland.
Additional Delivery Charges:
Please note there is an additional charge from £15.00 for large items being delivered to the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TD, TR, TQ.
If an item is received damaged or has a missing part we will send replacement parts free of charge within a reasonable time frame. Damages must be notified in writing within 3 days.
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
Payment terms are cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 working days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "Cooling off" Period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel a contract please write, and e-mail us stating your details invoice number and cancellation instructions.
You have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods.
