All items, Uk and International, are sent via insured services, that's recorded or special delivery mainland, and 'tracked & signed' overseas. I don't make any packaging charges, if actual shipping cost is ever any cheaper than quoted I will refund the difference. Buyers may be liable for customs charges etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
I sell vintage clothes because I love them: I don't see the point in you keeping something you're not going to love and wear, so if it's not right for you, you can always return for a refund. Buyers do need to pay return postage costs, and I heartily recommend you choose a postage option with the correct insurance value. If there has been an oversight or omission in the listing, get in touch and we'll arrange a full refund asap.
This shop has grown out of my love of treasure hunting, finding quirky and beautiful clothes, and making the forgotten and unloved, loved again.. And it's grown from my total love of dressing up! I love the process of finding treasures from past decades and sending them out to new owners and adventures.. I also need to know what I'm doing is sustainable: Vintage clothes, recycled and bio-degradable packaging, and work that means I don't miss out on my children growing up.. This shop is brought to you by one woman with two daughters and a fair amount to juggle, I aim always to reply and send out within 24 hours.. Sometimes life intervenes!
