Come previsto dalle attuali norme in materia di compravendita tra cittadini residenti nella UE,
si tratta di una transazione tra privati e non tra professionisti:  formula d’acquisto “visto e piaciuto”
con esclusione di garanzia e possibilità di restituzione (tranne se diversamente specificato in inserzione).
Trattasi di cosa venduta " così com'è, vista per foto e piaciuta ", pertanto mi ritengo  escluso da qualsiasi forma di garanzia;
per cui chi volesse acquistare l'oggetto proposto consapevolmente accetta tutte queste condizioni esposte senza riserva alcuna.

This is what sold "as is, to view photos and liked," so I feel excluded from any form of warranty;
so who wants to buy the item proposed knowingly accept these conditions unreservedly exposed.
