About Me:
I almost fit the Greater Seattle Area stereotype to a "T": I drive a Subaru, I'm an REI member, my wallet is full of corner coffee stand frequent buyer cards (Starbucks is too expensive!), and I'm a professional nerd with a physics degree. I've been on eBay since 2003, but mostly as a Buyer. I started wearing the Seller hat in 2013, and opened my eBay store in 2014. As a single mom, eBay allows me to recoup baby expenses by selling my gently-used baby gear and clothes, passing on quality items to the next frugal parent. I'm a non-smoker. This means all of my items come from a smoke-free home, which I know is a very important consideration when purchasing used baby items. I also occasionally sell NWT designer items (like Coach, Ju-Ju-Be, UnderArmour and The North Face), in an effort to make a little money without having to put my son in daycare. I believe communication is key to customer satisfaction. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Shipping & Handling Policy:
I do combine shipping, if/when possible. Contact me for exact combined shipping quotes. I have been known to refund shipping charge overages for buyers that have not been able to contact me prior to checkout. Please note that these charges are for shipping AND handling. Big corporations like Amazon, who are able to offer us free shipping and handling, make up the cost in the sheer volume of sales they make. I'm not Amazon. I don't have a major contract with UPS, and may or may not have handling fees worked into the S&H price. I buy my own bubble wrap and polymailers, but also try to re-use clean packaging materials. If you think my S&H charges are outrageous, contact me prior to bidding to discuss your concerns.
International Transaction Policy:
Unless you are checking out using the Global Shipping Program, please contact me prior to bidding or purchase for a shipping & handling quote. My shipping and handling fees do not include taxes, tariffs, or import duties. These must be paid by you, according to your country's laws. That being said, I recommend using the Global Shipping Program. The Global Shipping Program's Shipping and Handling Charge covers my shipping and handling cost within the US, their shipping & handling cost to your country, and your country's import fees. There are no surprises. My international buyers have been very pleased with this service, and as I stated above, I highly recommend using it.
Feedback Policy:
I believe the current Feedback process allows buyers the freedom to leave honest feedback, without fear of retaliation. Although I strive for 100% positive feedback, I recognize that I am human, and will make mistakes. (Guys--- you read that right: a woman just admitted she makes mistakes!) If you are unsatisfied, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, so that I can address your concern. Once you leave feedback, the transaction is complete, and there is very little I can do afterwards. I will gladly reciprocate positive feedback.
