UK Delivery (Mainland)

All U.K orders placed before 3.30pm and subject to payment from your debit / credit card being authorised, will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays, packages will then be dispatched on the next available working day.)
All orders are sent using UPS Next Working Day, which is a next day service as standard. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Postage and packaging cost is £5.95 per order irrespective of the number of items purchased.

DELIVERIES will only be dispatched to the BILLING ADDRESS of the CARD HOLDER used to make your purchase.

We cannot pass on any special instructions regarding the delivery to UPS, they operate a next day service which requires a signature upon receipt and they cannot leave the package without a signature. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

UK Non-Mainland
Delivery is charged at £7.95. This includes the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, and the Isle of Wight. (For Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey please select outwith the UK)

Delivery Out With the UK

Europe
All deliveries to the European Union will be charged at £16. All items are sent via Insured Airmail or UPS. If your country is out with the E.U. please contact us before placing your order and please be aware that due to the current bank systems it may take a little time to verify orders for certain countries. On occasion extra documentation may be required to confirm the billing address of the card holder. Deliveries across Europe can take between 3-5 working days once dispatched.

USA and Australia
All deliveries to USA and Australia will be charged at £22. All items are sent via Insured Airmail or UPS. Deliveries across USA and Australia can take between 5-7 working days once dispatched but please be aware that due to the current bank systems it may take a little time to verify orders for certain countries.
Customs charges may apply, these are applied by the individual governing body of your country and are out with our control. Please be aware that these cannot be refunded as they are paid to your Governments Customs Department.
Delays at Customs are out with our control and are caused by the governing body of the individual countries border controls. Please consider this before making a purchase if you are out with the EU.

Returns Policy  

Designerwear2u offer a money back guarantee which means if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it within 7 days of the date you received it for a full refund.

Items returned out with the 7day period will only qualify for an exchange or an online Credit Note. Items cannot be returned after 14 days (with the exception of December orders for Christmas gifts, Christmas returns must reach us by January 8th.) Exchanges are subject to a £5.95 surcharge for postage costs however we do cover the remaining balance on the postage charge.

The original postal charges for sending the item will not be included in the refund which will only be credited to your original method of payment.

Any garments returned must be in the original condition with all original packaging materials. Refunds will not be offered if the item has been worn or the labels removed. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear unless faulty.

We will not accept responsibility for items damaged while worn, normal wear and tear or failure to comply with the correct washing instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please e-mail us to inform us that you are returning a product.

If you do not email to confirm your return this will slow up the returns procedure and delay any refunds or exchanges which have not been previously notified to our team.

Please include the original form provided or a note, stating reason for return, date of purchase and your order number.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or missing in the post so it would be advisable to use a recorded/insured postal service and make sure the items are parcelled up securely. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as this insures the item for the full value in the event of loss or damage.
