US Jewelry Factory ring may be resized during 6-month period free of charge. 

US Jewelry Factory will restore the original finish during 6-month period free of charge. Any defect in materials or workmanship that are present at the time of original delivery will be repaired at no charge. Genuine center diamond is not covered under this warranty.

In the unlikely event there is ever a problem with our product, you can send it for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace this piece of jewelry without charge. If it is deemed the problem was by everyday wear or tear, then we will only charge you cost for any material. In addition US Jewelry Factory will inspect, clean and refinish your jewelry upon request. This lifetime limited warranty is void if your US Jewelry Factory product is repaired by anyone other than US Jewelry Factory.

Domestic

All items will be shipped upon either receipt or approval of payment within 1-2 business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. We offer Free USPS shipping which includes insurance to anywhere in the United States. Next day USPS Express Mail is available, buyer will be responsible for cost of shipping.

International

For International shipping we offer USPS Registered or Priority Mail. Estimated Delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We offer Free USPS & UPS shipping which includes insurance to anywhere in the United States. Next day USPS or UPS Express Mail is available; buyer will be responsible for cost of shipping.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. All Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We do not refund any shipping expenses.

Our Return Process

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Returns with No Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

2. Pack the item to be returned and include your shipping document.

3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a

signature for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
