Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Please note: You can pay with your credit card through PayPal without creating an account.

  • Please remit payment within 72 hours after the auction ends. 
  • Unpaid bidders are automatically reported to eBay on the fourth (4th) day of non-payment. 
  • Please contact us if you are having trouble paying for your item(s).

All California residents will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Shipping

  • We ship daily. Orders placed before 8:00 am PST usually ship the same day. 
  • We do our best to ship within 24 hours after your payment clears (Mon-Fri only).
  • Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following business day.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a customs fee upon delivery. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We do not offer free shipping for any international deliveries. 

Combined shipping is done at the our discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

 

Returns

All items are sold as-is/pictured/described.

  • You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. 
  • We do NOT accept returns for used health/nutrition, food, personal care or beauty items.
  • Your item(s) must be returned in the original condition it was shipped (e.g. new items must returned in new condition with all tags, shrink wrap, and/or original packaging). 
  • Buyer must pay for return shipping.

We will only pay for return shipping if the item you received was not as described in the auction. Buyer must return the item exactly as received within 30 days in order to receive a full refund including shipping costs.
