Stunning vintage silver brooch, probably German in origin and from around the 1920's. This lovely collectable brooch is set with an oval amethyst style paste stone which is surrounded by bright sparkling old cut white paste stones, very striking and extremely wearable.
Approx length and width - 2.5cm x 1.7cm.
Weight - 6g.
Marks - stamped 935.
Condition - overall good, some minor abrasion and nibbling to some of the white paste stones, there appear to be 5 claws deficient although the stones is so secure I'm not sure if it was made like this.
Fastens with a simple C clasp.
