These shoes are overstock items that were not sold at the retail store. Some, not all, may have been tried on and may have very light scuffs from being stored among other shoes. Feel free to ask for more pictures.

Unless the item you purchased is listed as NEW IN BOX, depending on size and value, items will be shipped inside an envelope or a box. Not their original box.

COMBINED SHIPPING

The combined shipping is per pound, not per item. (i.e. If you buy 2 items at 1 pound each, you will pay shipping for 2 pounds. And so on.) All of our items are available for combined shipping discounts per pound and destination. It is done automatically by the United States Postal Service and at their discretion. We do not offer any more discounts, nor do we make any further adjustments.

Payment

All “buy it now” items require immediate payment. All auction items are to be paid within 4 days of purchase. Non-paying bidder claim will be filed if the item has not been paid for on the 4th day (no exceptions)!

We won't ship your item until you pay the full price.

Package tracking may not be available for your country, and we are not responsible for your country's customs policies, upon purchase we will provide proof that your item was shipped from the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, if your country is not under eBay's Global Shipping Program, we cannot guarantee package tracking and are not responsible for your country's postal services. Unless the item you purchased is listed as NEW IN BOX, depending on size and value, items will be shipped inside an envelope or a box. We will not ship your item until you pay. We will not leave feedback until you pay.

All items may be refund requested as follows:

1) You must have an acceptable reason for return.

2) All returns must be mentioned within 3 business days of receipt of the item.

3) The item must arrive in its original condition at our location within 30 days from the day you received them.

4) A refund will be issued once the original item arrives to us.

5) Shipping costs will not be refunded!
