PLEASE NOTE: -This phone has a clean IMEI/ESN and is ready for activation. -We will provide IMEI/ESN information upon request, but it is solely the responsibility of the customer to contact their provider BEFORE making a purchase to ensure the phone can be activated in their area. -For Example - a phone that can be activated in Massachusetts may not be able to be activated in Kentucky. -Returns will not be accepted on functioning phones that can’t be activated in a certain area. SHIPPING: -USPS Priority shipping in the USA! Express delivery is available, please inquire before completing sale. -International sales will be shipped by USPS Priority Express. PAYMENT: -We accept payment via PayPal -Note: Sales tax will apply for all orders in MA. RETURN POLICY: -Product must be returned in same condition as it was received. -Return must include all packaging, boxes, cords, manuals, etc. that were included in delivery. -Buyer should contact Networkstore within 30 days to initiate return request. -Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. -No returns on International orders. -Working products returned due to buyer error or remorse are subject to 20% restocking fee. -All ESNs are checked with carrier to be clean and provided to the consumer. -Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
