This is a 1999 Zippo Martin lighter. I said the condition is used but it is new, never used, never had fluid added, but needs to have the flint removed as it has become hard from setting. I haven't been able to find the box but I will keep looking, as of now it is not included.  Fender lighter is NOT included, just using it to hold up lighter for picture, it IS NOT included.
