We do not accept any new or used merchandise any later 14 days after the Customer has received the merchandise. Buyers must contact us within this warranty period to qualify. All returned items must be in the exact condition as received. Returned items that has been damaged during shipping or scratched due to poor packaging or careless handling, will not be accepted. Returned items that are found to be "as described" will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and will be charged for the initial shipping cost. Unscrewing the case/parts of electronic items is prohibited and will result in return refusal. Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing products and accessories.
New factory sealed and unopened items MUST be returned in unopened and sealed condition as you received. Opened items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
