·         The item has been previously used.

·         Please note that the headlamp comes from Germany (Europe) so please make sure it fits your motorcycle.

·         Also please note that one of the mounts / holders is broken, see the below pictures for details.

·         All the visible marks, scratches, sign of use are shown on the pictures below.

·         It may have very tiny, little marks which are not really visible on the pictures.

·         All items can be shipped worldwide (please see the below terms and conditions for details).

·         Please note that the postage costs stated on eBay are for UK mainland only excluding Scottish Highlands.

·         UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and Ireland please be aware you will have an additional charge for delivery on this item.

·         Any damage or dents on item are clearly shown on the pictures (otherwise please ask for more pictures).

·         All postage prices are stated for UK Mainland only excluding Scottish Highlands.

·         For overseas shipping please contact us as postage prices varies and are more expensive.

·         All parts must be paid for within 2-4 working days.

·         If purchased internationally, please provide your contact telephone number for the courier (otherwise the delivery takes longer).

·         All local items are shipped via Hermes Company within 2-5 working days after payment is cleared.

·         Collection in person is also possible and preferred (please ask for details)

Return policy:

·         You must inform us by email (please use eBay’s messaging system to ensure receipt) of your desire to cancel within 7 working days commencing on the day the goods are delivered to you.

·         You have 14 working days from delivery date to return the goods back to us.

·         Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (sealed packaging must not be opened) and in the same condition as received.

·         Please note that electrical goods (headlamps, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.

·         You must return the goods to us at your costs and we advise you to ensure and record the parcel for the return journey.

·         Refund will be issued upon inspection on the item returned.

·         We shall refund the amount paid by you for the goods less 15% handling charge and postage (if not our fault). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
