Delivery
UK orders less than £250 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is a free, 1-2 working day service. Orders over £250 are sent by next day courier service free of charge and other orders can be upgraded during checkout for £4.95 (we use both DHL Express and Royal Mail Special Delivery for our couriers).
International deliveries are sent by DHL Express which is a 1-2 day service to most of Europe and North America. Other destinations are normally delivered within 3-5 days. Deliveries outside of the European Union Tax Area may be subject to import duties, taxes and charges when received.
Please note: All orders to Russia are sent using Royal Mail International which may take between 2 and 8 weeks for delivery.
Returns
In addition to our 30 day returns policy all items purchased from October 1st 2016 may now be returned up until January 16th 2017, terms apply.
We offer you 30 days to change your mind after purchase. The item must be return as it was sent, in new condition including all packaging and manuals.
