new with tags long sleeved navy blue top by Ralph Lauren. Label says "5" which I translate to be 5 years of age. Gold sequinned RL detailing. Gathered detailing to side seams. I purchased this item direct from the Ralph Lauren website but my daughter never did not wear it.
