General Statement on Pre-Owned Clothing Sales:
The clothes we sell are all in a condition that we, or our own children, would wear. Any clothing with permanent stains or tears we donate elsewhere. We believe in reduce, reuse, recycle.

Our pre-owned clothing likely shows signs of normal wash and wear. But, there are no apparent holes, tears, or stains unless noted in the item description above. Any snaps, zippers, velcro, or buttons seem to be in working condition.

We are human and may miss something small. Pictures are done under professional photography bright lights and are taken with great care to be an accurate reflection of each item. Run your computer mouse over each picture to get a magnified look! We do not want you to be surprised when you receive the item in person; we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and provide us with positive feedback.

Please note that the clothing has been in storage and will ship folded up in a package. It is assumed that the buyer will want to clean and de-wrinkle the items as they desire upon receipt.

All items come from a non-smoking family. We have a dog, but she doesn't like to wear clothes :)

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted, but the item must be RECEIVED within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping including insurance on the package in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. A refund will not be issued without receipt of the item. Keep in mind that the refund will be minus the seller's original shipping cost as listed on the original package, so in some cases it may not make financial sense for you to pay to ship the item for return because many times what you paid for the item is not worth much more than the original shipping costs + return shipping costs. Please keep this in mind when considering returning an item.

Payment Policy:
As per Ebay policy we accept only Paypal. It protects the buyer and the seller and is the safest way to pay online. Please remember that payment needs to be made within 3 days after the auction ends or we will relist the item for sale. Ebay has expectations for sellers to process orders in a timely fashion....waiting for a buyer's payment can count against our Ebay seller status.

Shipping Policy:
FREE SHIPPING (cost of shipping is already included in the auction price for your convenience). Items ship from New Jersey and will only be shipped within the United States. This excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO. We ship within 3 weekdays of payment!
