Our office and warehouse are based in Oxford, UK. We specializes in accessories for mobile devices, such as Mobile Phones, iPads and iPods and more.

Our aim to provide great products at competitive prices and moreover, to make sure that all our customers have a great shopping experience.

All our stock is based and dispatched directly from our warehouse in Oxford. Our working hours are:

09:00 to 17:00 Monday - Friday
08:00 to 11:00 on Saturndays

Combining shipping for international orders: If you are ordering from outside of the uk, you can combine your orders and take advantage of our combined shipping charges. For example, if you would like the same item in multiple colors, and ebay is not allowing you to select more than one color without completing payment, please select 2 of the same color and then specify the colors you would like us to send you in the "note" on checkout. Please note that if you do not specify the colors you want in the note on checkout, you will be sent the colors that you have selected in the color drop down menu.

Get it fast! Orders placed before 17:00 will be aimed for same day dispatch! All Orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery unless alternative delivery method is selected during checkout.

Faq

Question: The item i received is different to the item i ordered. Answer: If the item you have receive is not the item you ordered, please contact us and we will guide you through our incorrect item exchange process (in this case the buyer does not have to pay return postage)

Question: The item i received is damage or does not fit my device Answer: If the item you have received arrives damaged in post, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us through ebay message, we will then be able to send you a replacement.

Question: Can I collect my order from you directly rather getting it posted? Answer: Unfortunately we do not do collections, however, all orders are processed same day (if ordered before 16:00) and posted via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) delivery.
