There are couple of minor very small scuffs and a faint marking on the side bar(second to last pic next to "Made In Italy").  

While two of the three seats are perfect, there are couple of issues with one of the seats.  It does not come with front bar(approx $40 to replace) and one of the plastic pieces that help move the footrest is broken(see last pic).  Although broken, it has very little effect on the functionality.
