We do not refund or exchange if the parcels have been fitted or opened from original packing .

You can return your Item within 14 days from the purchase date in condition shown above. However we will charge 10% of your total payments made to us.

ALL OF OUR TORQUE CONVERTERS ARE UNDER  STANDARD 1 YEAR WARRANTY
We are happy to extend our warranty to total of the 2 YEARS WARRANTY but this is optional and will cost extra £100.
Our warranty cover only torque converter and do NOT cover any other parts or accessories  of the vehicle or
 any other costs as a fitting  , or refitting  , renting , recovery ,parking  , travel ,or any other bills etc.
If the torque converter need to be repair you need to send  parcel to us and pay postage cost.
 (UK and EU customers need to pay only one way delivery)
 (Worldwide non EU customers need to pay two way delivery / Air freight cost) 
We will repair the  torque converter or replace with same model ( re-manufactured ) within 14 working days
from the date of receiving of your parcel plus up to 5 working days for re-delivery period depend of location

DEPOSIT
We charge £180 core exchange unit . This option is for you if you do not have exchange torque converter unit or you want us to send our product immediately to avoid turnover period. The deposit is refundable only if you send us your exchange torque converter unit in a original condition with no external damage , dents , cracks or any physical issues within 14 DAYS from purchase date.  We do NOT accept any DIY jobs one the unit.
Please make sure you understand our policy for refunding deposit.
The exchange unit need to be drain from the oil and packed in a safe suitable packing as you are responsible for
transit and final arriving condition
If you fail any of condition shown above we will not refund the core/exchange deposit at all !
We will inspect exchange unit immediately after arriving and return deposit if all of above specification are according
to our terms & condition
(Worldwide non EU customers) deposit is not refundable as the sending cost is higher then the core unit price.
Non EU customers need to pay core/exchange unit in full by separate Pay Pal payment.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You can return or exchange your shopping within 14 days from purchase date only in condition that our product has not been fitted , filled with oil or opened from original packing .you are also responsible for deliver the product to us and pay postage cost  and for any damage during transit !  ( we recommend you to buy parcel insurance )
We will refund the payment only if the product  is according to our terms shown above , however we will charge 10% of total payments you made to us. This is handling and inspection charge.
