We grade our phones from A to D depending on the condition. Before listing the phone we test the screen, charge port, Wi-Fi, buttons, camera, headphones, speaker, phone calls, accelerometer and finger print sensor (where applicable). All phones come with the battery included, securely packaged in a plain box or very well wrapped jiffy bag. There is no charger or cable included with the phone, just the mobile and battery.

Here is a full description of each grade:


Grade A
- Perfect condition, will not have a mark and looks basically new.

Grade B - Great condition, no scratches on screen, only minor wear and tear.
Grade C - Average condition, will have signs of wear and tear such as scratches and scuffs. No serious damage.
Grade D - Heavy wear and tear, could include deep scratches or scuffs. Still fully functional. Will not have any screen or major structural damage.

Your order will be posted the very same day if it is placed before 3:30PM (Monday-Friday). It will be packed in bubble-wrap in a plain cardboard box or very securely wrapped jiffy bag. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. We offer the following postage options:

FREE - Royal Mail First Class Recorded - This will arrive in 1-2 days (90% come next day).
£4.99 - Royal Mail Special Delivery - This is guaranteed to arrive before 1PM on the next working day.

We offer a very fair and easy to use returns policy. We accept returns whether the phone is faulty or if you have just changed your mind. Our returns window is 31 days for a faulty item or 14 days if you have changed your mind.

Returning an item if you’ve changed your mind

You are welcome to return any phone within 14 days. Just contact us and we will guide you through the steps to return the phone for a full refund. In these cases the phone must be in the same condition and return postage costs are covered by the buyer.

Returning a faulty item

We provide a 31 day warranty for any faulty goods. If you have any problems please just contact us and we will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement. The warranty covers any faults that may occur with your phone, but obviously does not cover cases when the phone has been blatantly damaged by the buyer, for example if you drop the phone and the screen breaks.

PLEASE NOTE: We must receive the returned item before we can issue a refund, or send a replacement.

How do I know the phone isn’t stolen or blocked? All the phones come from one of the largest and most trusted suppliers in the mobile phone industry. If you have any doubt please contact us and we will provide the IMEI number of any of the phones in stock which you can then verify with CheckMend to prove it has never been lost, stolen or blocked.

When will my phone be dispatched? Any orders placed before 3.30PM will be sent the same day (Monday-Friday).

When will my phone arrive? Phones sent using First Class Signed For post should arrive within 1-2 days (usually next day). Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next day and is an additional £4.99. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays within Royal Mail as they are totally out our control. We will always provide tracking as soon as the item is dispatched. Any lost item claims will be processed 10 working days from date of postage (this is when Royal Mail considers an item lost).

What should I do if I have a problem with my phone?
Please contact us if you have any issues at all. We are very quick to respond and will always resolve any issues you may have. Our feedback rating is very important to us so we would be really grateful if you would give us a chance to resolve any problems before leaving bad feedback.

Does the phone come with a warranty?
Yes, all phones include a 31 day warranty so if there are any faults within this time-frame you can return the phone for a full refund or replacement.

Why don’t you post pictures of the actual item? Due to the number of phones we have in stock there is not enough time in the day for us to photograph each one individually. We do our best to provide clear descriptions of the condition of the item, and if you do require an actual picture please just contact us and we will be happy to take one and message it to you.

Do the phones include the original box and accessories?
No they don’t. Only the handset and battery is included unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately we can’t find a supplier of original accessories at a reasonable price, and we would definitely not risk selling the Chinese unbranded ones. For these reasons we have decided to sell the phones with no accessories so we can offer the best possible price to customers.

Do you ship internationally? At the moment we don’t. We do offer eBay’s Global shipping where it is available, but most phones are not on this scheme. A lot of our international buyers use mail-forwarding company's to order from us so this may be something to look into if you are interested in purchasing but do not reside in the UK.
