Orders will be dispatched in UK mainland via Royal Mail or Yodel (stated in auction)
We aim to dispatch orders same day or next working day.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on next working day.
We will dispatch items to PayPal registered address only, make sure your address is correct, before you place order. Undelivered items will only be dispatched after re-payment of postage charges.

If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us, but please don’t forget to check first with your local postal service, they may have tried to deliver it in your absence and took it back as they need signature on delivery.

We accept returns on all new and used items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
There is no need to open an eBay case, simply contact us and we will arrange the return of the item.
