Payment

* For the sake of our sanity we prefer payment by Paypal & within

   2 days :o)

Postage

* We post all items within 24 hours via Royal Mail & usually takes up to

   2 days to arrive but can take up to 5 working days UK.

* We will always combine postage for multiple purchases.

* Postage overseas is also dispatched within 24 hours & can take up to

  14 working days to arrive.

* For overseas shipping please contact us before bidding for a price.

Returns

* We accept returns for clothing, providing the item is returned within 14

  days.  The items must be returned in the condition it was sent, ie

  unworn & with the tags attached. The buyer is responsible for the

  postage of the item and this will not be refunded.

* Please use Ebays request form, do not just return the item without

  notifying us first as this could cause a delay in processing your refund.

* We do not accept returns on jewellery & underwear  items for

  hygiene reasons.
