Hours: Our business operates M-F 10am-5pm CST. (WINTER HOURS: offices will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays from January 1st until the end of March) We answer all questions, combine invoices, pack, ship, and all other operations during this time frame. PLEASE DO NOT contact other offices by phone. eBay is run out of our warehouse and only responds via messages.
Shipping: We ship daily at 3pm CST. Please allow 3 business days for processing. Our packing crew is trained well and we pack all items with care. Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and other measures are taken to safeguard your item(s). We cannot hold items for later ship date.
Combine items: We can combine items for all domestic purchases and is done so daily. Please be patient while our staff works to send these out during office hours.
International buyers: We use eBay Global Shipping Program for all international sales. We cannot send invoices or combine them due to the program's policies. Shipping charges are also set by each individual country and we cannot control these.
FEEDBACK-If you are going to leave us negative or neutral feedback, we encourage you to please CONTACT US FIRST. We believe in satisfying every customer and will do our best to make the situation right within the terms of our policy. We are human and occasionally make errors. Positive feedback is automated. We will not leave feedback until the transaction is complete (buyer receives package).
