Up for auction is this Vintage Jeanne Robinette California Pottery Apothecary Jar - "ACACIAE  GUMMI."

We believe this item to be over 50 years old.  It is an example of Jeanne Robinette hand decorated pottery.  The jar measures approximately 10-1/2 inches high (with the lid in place), and has a 6 inch diameter foot print.  The hand painting is in beautiful condition:  showing only slight wear to the gilding.  It has small figured crazing over all (see photos).  There is one very fine hairline crack in the lid's rim (see photo # 7).

Sold as is.  Shipping and handling is based on USPS West Coast rates, but will be adjusted to reflect the final destination.  International buyers must use the Ebay Global Shipping Program, and conform to all their rules and regulations.
