We have for sale a lovely pressed glass crystal decanter with stopper. It has a faceted neck, pointed ovals to the shoulder and a hobnail style pattern down to the base. This has a central star surrounded by a series of ovals all linked around the star. The stopper is globe shaped with the same hobnail effect.

Production of this dates to the 1970's.

The decanter stands 10 3/4 inches in height, with the stopper, and 8 inches without. It measures 7 1/2 inches maximum across the body with a base diameter of 6 3/8 inches.

It is in very good vintage condition. The only fault is a chip on the plug end of the stopper (see photograph). However when in situ in the decanter it cannot be seen the the opaque neck area. There is a little light internal staining around the lower neck of the decanter just above the hobnail pattern, not obvious unless closely searched for.

A very nice ships decanter that will look good wherever you use it, with whatever your choice of wine or spirits.
