Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, disbursement fees, and/or surcharges are the buyer's responsibility. Before buying please find out about import costs from your local customs office.

Please allow up to five business days for normal order processing.  On the first business day after your order is dispatched we will add the tracking number to your eBay order details, and you can then expect delivery within two to four days via DHL (please allow for peak season delays).

This item will be fully tested and checked before dispatch to you from the factory in Shenzhen, China. However, if you happen to receive a defective item then it will be rectified/exchanged within the return period at no cost to you. Compatibility with every possible computer and software configuration  cannot be guaranteed, however, assistance is readily available through our Bosto User Group to address any compatibility issues that may arise.
