Shipping usually takes from 3-10 business days for the delivery, however most items are delivered within 3-5 working days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please get in touch with us.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes Or Military addresses or the Channel Islands, We Ship to Mainland UK only. Sorry but we do not support local pickup.
We cannot accept emails or messages to change the shipping address. If you need shipping to an alternate address, please add to your account prior to finalising the order.
In order to provide you with the best service and a quick delivery, all items will be shipped directly from our suppliers. There may be a third party logo on boxes. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out or on backorder, we will contact you asap and refund 100% of your purchase price.
We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy for our products. You can choose refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product.
Should you not be satisfied with our service, please contact us first before opening a case, as this may delay your request, we always reply quickly to queries. We will need to issue you with return authorisation labels and details, you will receive all instructions to follow to enable a smooth return
When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of defective items.
Buyers pay for all return shipping costs, if a prepaid label is used this cost will be deducted from any refund given.
All returns MUST be done within 14 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 14 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
All items must be initiated and with the courier within 3 days from receiving return labels and instructions.
