This Weller Neiska vase stands 8.5" high by 8" across the handles by 6.5" in diameter.  The Neiska line was introduced in 1933, a design line by Rudolph Lorber.  It has an Asian-inspired form with ornate scrolled reticulated handles.  The design at the collar presents like breaking waves, subtle, yet very nice.  The glaze is a wonderful lemon chiffon, nice and bright.  It is marked Weller Pottery in script, hard to see in the photos, but clear in hand.  This vase is in excellent near mint condition, with a heavy crazing line at the base edge, which we show in the photos.  This vessel makes a very handsome presentation!
