General Terms & Conditions:

- Colors shown on screen can vary from computer to computer. We make every effort to photograph each item individually and list with accuracy.
- All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. By bidding or clicking "buy it now" you agree to these terms.

- Payment is expected within 48 hours of auction close. If you require additional time please contact us PRIOR to bidding.

- In an effort to uphold the integrity of the eBay Marketplace and mitigate risk, some orders may be selected for secondary screening. If your order is selected for additional verification and review, we will contact you within 24 hours of auction closure with instructions and/or request additional information to fulfill your order.  We appreciate your timely response. Failure to respond will result in bid cancelation. New members to the eBay Marketplace with "0" feedback will be required to undergo our secondary review process.

- All items sold by ClementineBags are 100% Guaranteed Authentic.

Payment Terms:

- PayPal payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000 per transaction. We reserve the right to deny/refund any payment we deem necessary.  All PayPal payments are required to have confirmed addresses and be eligible for seller protection.  Any payment ineligible for seller protection will be promptly refunded and the order canceled.

- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted directly via our eBay Merchant Account, up to a maximum of $5,000 per transaction.  We are only able to ship to your verified billing address.  No exceptions.

- Should the price of your item exceed the aforementioned limits, kindly contact us to make payment arrangements.

Shipping Terms:

- We ship via FedEx, signature required. If your address doesn't allow for signature requirement, your order may be canceled.

- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or postal centers. If your address is of this type, please update using a residential or business address prior to bidding.

- International buyers are responsible for all duties & taxes upon importation. No exceptions.
