RETURN POLICIES

Studio Adorn accepts unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there has been a mistake on our part.

Most returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Our return policy is in accordance with Ebay’s selling & returns regulations. To initiate a return simply go to My Ebay, to the item drop down menu, then to 'Return this item'.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please initiate a return through the purchased item drop down menu in My Ebay. You can easily select the reason for the return, print a return slip & shipping label.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, Studio Adorn will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us immediately prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your merchandise. Exchanges will not incur a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
