The item is new, unused and not refurbished. If you are looking at a pair of very elegant  eyeglasses. The eyeglasses are new.

They were acquired from overseas. These eyeglasses are absolutely gorgeous! In side temple the logo ''ray ban''is sealed.

    Step 2: Ship the item back to us in the condition it was delivered to you (nothing missing or damaged).  Be sure to write RMA number clearly and boldly on the package.

    We do not accept any return which does not show the RMA number on the package.
    Step 3: After receiving the item from you, our service department will examine the item. If we find the item "as described" in the original listing, we will sent the same item back to you. If we find that the item     was delivered to you "not as described", we will offer you a replacement or refund.

  6. You pay for return shipment: Let it be very clear that you will bear the cost of the return shipment (back to us) in all situations.                                                                           

  7. Restocking fee: We charge a restocking fee if you send an item back to us damaged or incomplete, if you want a refund for "accidentally buying the wrong item"
